Roger Flint, Parametrix
Roger W. Flint is the Chief Operating Officer for Parametrix. As a 100-percent employee-owned firm, Parametrix is dedicated to providing quality engineering, planning, and environmental sciences with superior client service. Roger has 30 years of experience in infrastructure development as well as all aspects of public works, transportation, and utility operations. Roger was most recently the Northwest Geographic Manager for Transportation at CH2M where he was responsible for operations and business development. Roger leads Parametrix’s regional operational units and is responsible for company-wide programs including project delivery.
Ali Brast, Assistant Planner, City of Spokane
Ali Brast has been an Assistant Planner with the City of Spokane for nearly 4 years. Her work includes managing complex permitting projects, processing land use applications, administering shoreline regulations, and coordinating across multiple disciplines. She holds a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University and a Bachelors degree from Whitworth University. Prior to her planning career, she worked for DCI Engineers in Spokane, Washington. She and her husband live on the South Hill where they enjoy hosting family and friends.
Jenny Nickerson, Assistant Building Official, City of Spokane Valley
Jenny Nickerson, City of Spokane Valley Assistant Building Official, joined the City in 2013. Her experience includes both governmental and private-sector positions related to Building and Fire Codes, Planning and Zoning, and Economic Development throughout the Pacific Northwest. Jenny earned the highest level of the International Code Council (ICC) Certification--Master Code Professional, and is the first woman in the Western United States to achieve the certification.
Tammy Jones, Principal Planner with the Spokane County Building and Planning Department. She received her BA in Public Administration/Public Policy from Washington State University and a Masters in Urban & Regional Planning from Eastern Washington University, before eventually beginning a career with Spokane County. During her 24 years with the Planning Department she has acquired an extensive working knowledge of the development and implementation of land use codes and ordinances, the processing of land use applications, and an ability to work effectively with the public, elected and appointed officials, and fellow employees of state and local agencies. Tammy is a Spokane native and was raised in the Spokane Valley as #7 in a family of 8 kids.
