Robin Toth Presents on Establishing a Port District in Spokane

Please join us as we host Robin Toth, Vice President of Business Development at Greater Spokane Incorporated (GSI). Robin will be sharing information on:

  • The importance of establishing a Spokane Port District
  • What a Port District would mean for future development and work for A/E/C firms
  • The current status of the Port District discussion
  • Other information and initiatives related to developing a Port District

Robin Toth has been with GSI since January 2005, serving now as the Vice President of Business Development for the Economic Development Department. In this role, Robin's primary responsibilities are to manage recruitment, retention, and expansion activities. In addition, her activities also include working with municipal partners in the development of capacity-building projects and to help drive growth in regional industry clusters such as aerospace, clean technology, and health sciences. Several of the projects Robin has led have won national and international awards and media attention.

Prior to joining GSI, Robin assisted in leading the City of Spokane's economic development efforts and was a marketing and communications professional for World Wide Packets, Packet Engines, and Itron, Inc.

Robin has a degree in Transportation from Mt. San Antonio College in Walnut, California, and attended Eastern Washington University's International Marketing program. In addition to being a member of the WEDA board, Robin also sits on the boards of the Inland Northwest Economic Alliance, the Aerospace Futures Alliance, the Inland Northwest Aerospace Consortium, AIR Spokane, and the Washington Clean Technology Alliance.
